What are the strength pre-requisities?
You should be able to do:
– 5 bodyweight push ups (knee push ups or incline push ups against a bench are OK as well).
– 10 bodyweight squats.
The exercises in phase 1 are supported, controlled and light which makes Athlete 20XX perfect for beginners to start.
What equipment do I need?
You need a barbell and a set of dumbbells or kettlebells (both are fine).
We recommend that you join a standard gym, but Athlete 20XX can also be done at home if you have two light dumbbells or kettlebells.
Barbell exercises can be replaced with 2 dumbbells or kettlebells. A gym is the best place to do Athlete 20XX, but home will suffice if you have a set of dumbbells. The dumbbells don’t need to be heavy. A set of adjustable dumbbells can be purchased for a very low price in most fitness stores.
Is Athlete 20XX for beginners?
Phase 1 is suitable for beginners and phase 2 can also be done by less fit individuals although it may take some time to master.
The explosive training only starts after you have mastered the phases 1 & 2. This makes Athlete 20XX very special because no other programs really build you from the ground up to the top.
How many weeks of routines and workouts are there?
Athlete 20XX consists of three 4-week programs (12-weeks of scheduled workouts) in total and many of the workouts change every week (there is a lot of variety).
However, each phase can be repeated as many times as necessary and once you have completed all the phases, you can return to phase 1.
Athlete 20XX is designed to be repeated over and over again. This adds “layers” to your athleticism and physique, making you more powerful with every cycle.
Although there are 12 weeks’ worth of workouts, you could be using Athlete 20XX for years with phenomenal results!
How are the workouts structured?
The workouts are structured to target different functions of the body. For example, one workout may target the pulling muscle of the upper body, and another will target the leg muscles.
You will be following a weekly schedule (4 times per week) but you can do more or less. The workouts should be easy to adjust to your schedule.
Workouts typically last from 20 to 45 minutes. The workouts are designed to be as effective as possible.
There are 3 different phases that are all fundamentally very different. Basically, Athlete 20XX consists of 3 different training programs, each of which is valuable on its own.
How long do I have access to Athlete 20XX?
You will have lifetime access to the program 🙂 . You will also be billed only once.
How does Athlete 20XX work?
You’ll receive your personal login details to the course website which will work on desktops, laptops, tablets and smartphones. The platform is extremely easy to use. After purchasing, you can login here.
Can I pay with €, £ or other currency?
Yes, you can. Although the payment price will appear in $ USD, the system will automatically pay with your own currency.
